Black Friday & Boxing DaySale: Terms and Conditions

Q: What are the sale dates?
A: The BF sale runs from November 7th to December 4th. and the Boxing Day Sale is 48 hours from 26th - 27th December

Q: Can I return or cancel my order?
A: All sales are considered final. Unfortunately, you cannot return or cancel your order once it’s placed.

Q: What is the lead time for coffee tables?
A: Coffee tables normally have a 2-week lead time due to glass being made to order locally in each state. But due to the sale period over the xmas period pieces will not be delivered until end of January early February  

Q: What is the delivery timeline for other pieces - Bar Stools, Dining Chairs, Trend Lounges, Rondo Pouffe Suite?

  • Orders placed before November 11th will be delivered before Christmas.
  • Orders placed after November 11th will be produced locally after the Christmas break, with delivery estimated for February 2025.
  • Orders place over Boxing Day sale will have an estimated delivery of Mid February

Q: Who manufactures the products?
A: We are a small family business, and all pieces are made in Adelaide, Australia, using local Australian suppliers.

Q: What if there is a hold-up in production?
A: If there are any delays due to material shortages or unexpected large qty or orders, we will communicate with you promptly. Updating you on changes to the eta on your order. 

Q: Will my order be delivered before Christmas?
A: We will make every effort to deliver pre-Christmas orders as promised when ordered prior to 11th November.

Q: How will my order be delivered?
A: We use Toll for all deliveries. Please expect communication from my team toll regarding your shipment. 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, no. All orders are processed as they come through, and we cannot make changes once an order is placed.

Q: Can I combine my orders for shipping?
A: Sorry, but we cannot combine orders due to high volumes.

Q: What happens if an item is oversold or out of stock?
A: If something you ordered is oversold, we will contact you as soon as possible to update you on extended delivery timelines.
